You don't need to be a musician to join in. Most nights it starts with one guitar and turns into a full circle: guests grabbing a drum, humming along, or just listening with a mint tea in hand. When a local band comes through, the whole terrace turns into a dance floor under the stars.
It's not a scheduled show, it just happens. Someone picks up a guitar after dinner, someone else grabs the darbuka, and the night takes it from there. Some weeks a local band joins us on the rooftop, and the terrace turns into a proper Gnawa session under the stars.
